Regular Packages

A Senior Golfer is a person who has reached the age of 40 or over within the year that they join
  • Referred to as an Unrestricted (Full) Member.
  • A Senior Golf membership has unlimited access to golf and social activities at the club.
  • All successful applicants for an unlimited golf membership are subject to the by-laws of the Cataraqui Golf and Country Club together with such entrance fee and annual dues as may be determined by the Board of Directors from time to time for unrestricted golfing privileges.  
  • Tee time Lottery – 7 days            
  • Locker – Yes, full size     
  • Bag Storage – Included 
  • GAO – included
  • Minimum Annual F&B Chit - according to the annual fee schedule           
  • Permitted: Non-Member Spouse access to dining facilities without member-spouse
  • Reciprocals- Permitted to purchase Platinum 20 round Guest package.
  • Access to the practice facilities is permitted 7 days a week
An Intermediate member is a person who has reached the age of 19, but will not reach their 40th birthday within the year. 
Intermediate 1:  Ages 19 - 24
Intermediate 2:  Ages 25 - 29
Intermediate 3:  Ages 30 - 34
Intermediate 4:  Ages 35 - 39
 
  • All successful applicants for this golf membership are subject to the by-laws of the Cataraqui Golf  & Country Club together with such entrance fee and annual dues as may be determined by the Board of Directors.
  • Tee time booking up to 7 days in advance.
  • Access to the practice facilities is permitted 7 days a week.
  • Permitted to purchase Platinum 20 round Guest package  
  • Tee-time Lottery – 7 days           
  • Locker – Yes, full size     
  • GAO - Included
  • Bag Storage – Included 
  • Member Events – Permitted to participate
  • Minimum Annual F&B Chit - according to the annual fee schedule           
  • Reciprocals- Permitted: Non-Member Spouse access to dining facilities without member-spouse

A  Junior Member is a person between the ages of 13 - 18 inclusive, but will not reach their 19th birthday within the year that they join.

  • Referred to as a restricted Golf Member.  Juniors have full access to the Course on Mondays, Thursday , Fridays, and on Weekends after 12 Noon
  • All successful applicants for this golf membership are subject to the by-laws of the Cataraqui Golf  & Country Club together annual dues as may be determined by the Board of Directors
  • Tee time booking up to 7 days in advance
  • Access to the practice facilities is permitted 7 days a week
  • No voting rights nor permitted to hold nor purchase a Preferred Share until he/she converts to full membership
  • Entrance Fee - none    
  • Share – not required   
  • Tee Times- Unlimited 
  • Tee-time Lottery – 7 days
  • Locker – ½ size (men) subject to availability; women, yes subject to availability               
  • GAO – Included
  • Bag Storage – If available; no extra charge        
  • Member Events- permitted depending on age eligibility
  • Minimum Annual F&B Chit – Not required
  • Junior charging privilege is not automatic

Special and Corporate

This category is restricted to 13 years of age and younger. Daily golf privileges beginning at 4:30pm (except Tuesday which begins at 6pm) accompanied by a senior golf member (i.e. parent, grandparent)
  • Referred to as a restricted Golf Member
  • The Corporate Flex 24 membership requires one primary member for the stated fee with an option for one additional ”user”
  • Maximum 24 rounds of golf per annum.  There is no carryover of rounds to future year(s) permitted. Neither the Corporate Member nor the designated User have any limit on the number of rounds within the 24
  • All successful applicants for Corporate Flex 24 membership are subject to the by-laws of the Cataraqui Golf  & Country Club together with such entrance fee $6000 and annual dues may be determined by the Board of Directors from time to time for unrestricted golfing privileges
  • Tee times may be used individually for the named member or user but must be used as a foursome if the ‘guest(s)’is unaccompanied (i.e. the identified member need not be present). Guest rules for guests apply, i.e. maximum 4 rounds per year as a guest.
  • Maximum number of groups per day per corporation is two.
  • Maximum membership of 10 members per season.
  • Referred to as a restricted Golf Member
  • The Corporate Flex 48 membership requires one primary member for the stated fee with an option for one additional ”user”
  • Maximum 48 rounds of golf per annum.  There is no carryover of rounds to future year(s) permitted. Neither the Corporate Member nor the designated User have any limit on the number of rounds within the 48
  • All successful applicants for Corporate Flex 48 membership are subject to the by-laws of the Cataraqui Golf  & Country Club together with such entrance fee $7500 and annual dues may be determined by the Board of Directors from time to time for unrestricted golfing privileges
  • Tee times may be used individually for the named member or user but must be used as a foursome if the ‘guest(s) is unaccompanied (i.e. the identified member need not be present). Guest rules for guests apply, i.e. maximum 4 rounds per year as a guest.
  • Maximum number of groups per day per corporation is two.

Limited or Restricted

Social Golf Wait List
Will be reserved for new Members, Members joining from Clubhouse or Curling categories, or returning from Leave of absence
Upon registering to the Club’s Wait List, the new Member must pay a deposit 25% of the Entrance fee at the time of joining as a wait-listed member.

The following process explains how to have your name added to the Golf membership Wait List:
     ➢ Join an available Membership category such as Clubhouse, Clubhouse with Driving
          Range, Curling, or Curling with Driving Range
     ➢ Pay 25% of the Entrance Fee (non-refundable)

Privileges:
• All privileges of the selected Membership category, including access to all social events at the advertised member price.
• Up to 4 golf games per season paying the guest fee rate.
• Ability to bring one guest per round (also paying the guest fee rate).
• Tee times booked through, and at the discretion of, the Head Golf Professional.
 
A Non-resident member is a person whose primary residence is more than 100 kilometres from the Cataraqui Golf and Country Club.
  • Any new or existing member may apply for an Non-Resident membership subject to the following conditions:
  • Referred to as a Restricted Golf Member
  • Primary residence must not be within 100 km of Cataraqui Golf and Country Club. 
  • All successful applicants for this golf membership are subject to the by-laws of the Cataraqui Golf & Country Club together with such entrance fee and annual dues as may be determined by the Board of Directors
  • Subject to a house minimum, according to the annual fee schedule
  • Tee times: 10 times per year during a given golf season (no  carry-over in rounds)
  • Eligible to play in the opening and closing field days (men/ladies/mixed) and  the Member-Guest Tournaments provided that entry fees are paid.. These games are included in the 10 games.
  • No reciprocal privileges allowed.
  • Must check in with the Pro shop prior to playing any round of golf
  • Allowed to bring a maximum of 3 guests per visit
  • Subject to assessments at the discretion of the Board of Directors
  • Tee time lottery 7 days
  • Allowed social privileges at any time
  • All successful applicants for this golf membership are subject to the by-laws of the Cataraqui Golf & Country Club
  • Access to the practice facilities is permitted 7 days a week
Existing Members Applying for Non-Resident status:
A Non-Resident member requesting to be reinstated as a golf member will be placed at the top of the new golfer wait list
  • If the member was a golf member in the past and has held a continuous membership in good standing, they will not be required to re-pay the current entrance fee  
  • Non-Resident applicant(s) will pay an entrance fee as determined annually by the Board of Directors
An Absentee member is a person whose residence and chief place of business is more than 160 kilometers (100 miles) from Kingston. An Absentee member will not reside in Kingston more than one month in any year after joining this category. Such members will be allowed to play a maximum of 4 games of golf by paying green fees and must be accompanied by a member. This category is open to only current golfing members of Cataraqui Golf and Country Club.
Existing Members:
Eligible to Members that have been full golf members previously at Cataraqui and continue to maintain a membership in a category that is eligible to re-join the traditional golf membership category without payment of the entrance fee;

New Members:
Eligible to a new member (or former member that did not maintain a qualifying membership to return to full golf).

Converting from Limited Play to Full Golf Membership status:
The limited play category permits a maximum of 12 tee times per golf season.
  • Referred to as a restricted Golf Member
  • All successful applicants for this golf membership are subject to the by-laws of the Cataraqui Golf & Country Club together with such entrance fee and annual dues as may be determined by the Board of Directors
  • Tee time lottery 7 days
  • Access to the practice facilities is permitted 7 days a week.
  • Tee times – 12 + 20 after 6 PM       
  • Tee time Lottery – 7 days
  • Locker – ½ size (men) subject to availability; women, yes subject to availability 
  • GAO – Included
  • Bag Storage – if available; no extra charge
  • Member Events  - Permitted to participate
  • Minimum Annual F&B Chit - According to the annual fee schedule
  • Reciprocals – Not included
  • Referred to as a restricted Member who has reached the age of 30 but will not reach their 40th birthday within the year.
  • All successful applicants for this golf membership are subject to the by-laws of the Cataraqui Golf & Country Club together with such entrance fee and annual dues as may be determined by the Board of Directors.
  • Tee time booking up to 7 days in advance.
  • Access to the practice facilities is permitted 7 days a week.
  • Tee time – 18 + 20 after 6 PM
  • Lottery – 7 days
  • Locker – ½ size (men) subject to availability; women, yes subject to availability
  • GAO – Included
  • Bag Storage – if available; no extra charge
  • Member Events- Permitted to participate
  • Minimum Annual F&B Chit - According to the annual fee schedule
  • Reciprocals – Not included
  • Spouse must be a golf member
  • Maximum of 2 years in this category
  • 20 rounds
  • Locker storage
  • Bag storage
  • Unrestricted use of the practice facility.
  • Eligible to play in any events as part of their rounds$1,800 entrance fee upon joining. When joining as a Senior Golf member an additional $1,200 is due.
  • Dues $2,808+HST.
  • Capital $773+HST.
  • House minimum of $620
  • If joining during a wait-list, the wait-list rules would apply.
